Beauty Resolved Return Policy
At Beauty Resolved, customer satisfaction is a priority. Please review the return policy carefully.
Eligibility for Returns
  • Returns for makeup products are accepted only if they are unopened and unsealed from their original packaging.
  • Returns cannot be accepted on products that have been opened or had their safety seal broken for hygiene and safety reasons.
  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition that it was received in, with all original packaging and any included accessories.
Timeframe for Returns
  • Customers have 7 days from the date the order was received to initiate a return.
Refunds
  • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, the refund will be processed.
  • Refunds for eligible returns will be issued for up to 75% of the original purchase price of the product.
  • The refund will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in the account after it has been processed.

  • The right is reserved to refuse returns that do not meet the specified conditions.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. We cannot accept returns items bought on sale items or gift cards or with a discount code.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
